Garmin Recall
Garmin announced the recall, GPS manufacturer is recalling some of 1250000 personal navigation devices Garmin after the disclosure of potential problems of inflation in some units, on Wednesday.
The unit is defective batteries have a third supplier did not disclose his name. Used in conjunction with Garmin specific printed circuit board (PCB) design, these batteries can be “in rare circumstances, increase the possibility of overheating, which can lead to a risk of fire,” the company said in a statement.
