Sudan Leader in Nairobi as Kenya Adopts Constitution
Nairobi: Kenya formally adopted a new constitution Friday in a ceremony attended by several African leaders, including Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir, in spite of those accused of crimes of genocide and war crimes.
Threatened its existence to darken the historic ceremony watched by tens of thousands of spectators that Kenyan President Mwai Kibaki signed the law in the Constitution in the garden of the main Nairobi.
